Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

Digital downloads are non-refundable once purchased and delivered.

For physical items, we do not accept returns at this time. However, if your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will be happy to make it right.

We are committed to ensuring you have a positive experience with True North Collective and will always do our best to help.

Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Physical Product Order Damages and issues
Please inspect your physical product order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
