Subscription Box Shipping
Stockings for Mom is a subscription-based product and is shipped on a scheduled basis rather than immediately after purchase.
Orders placed for the subscription box will ship according to the designated monthly shipping schedule. Specific shipping dates may vary, but customers can generally expect their box to ship within the same timeframe each month.
If you sign up after the monthly cutoff date, your first box will be included in the following month’s shipment.
You will receive a notification once your box has shipped.
Digital Products
All digital downloads are delivered electronically.
Once your purchase is complete, you will receive a download link on the confirmation page and via email. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. True North Collective is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
